Breege Dolan, Lead Consultant
Breege is a highly
experienced professional with a career in the social housing and community and
charitable sector spanning 30 years. Prior to establishing CCS Consultants, Breege worked
extensively at front line and senior management level in housing associations
in Ireland and the UK. Additionally, she has direct experience in the provision of
services to older people as well as domestic violence support services. She has successfully undertaken a variety of projects for organisations in the UK and Ireland. Her
areas of expertise include; service planning and delivery, succession planning, organisational assessments, research and evaluation, feasibility studies, interim management, governance and compliance, policy formulation and review,
income generation, resource and recruitment planning and interviewing. Breege also partners with Acuity in leading social housing alliance benchmarking in Ireland. She holds an NUI Galway Masters in Leadership & Management for the Community and Public Sector and is a graduate of NUI in Social
Gerontology and in Training & Continuing Education. She also
graduated from NCI in Strategic Management and Housing Development. Breege’s vast knowledge and experience of the sector coupled with an emphasis on quality and consistency of standards ensures each client’s project is delivered to a consistently high standard.

Clarissa Hills, Senior Consultant
Clarissa has many years’ experience working with
CEOs and Boards within the community and voluntary sector.
She is a graduate in Business and Marketing
and has specialised for several years in the area of compliance within the
sector. An experienced consultant, she
has worked with several organisations to support them through the new GDPR to
include conducting audits, data cleansing,
formulation of policies and
procedures and delivery of bespoke training.
She has received many commendations for the content, delivery and her
ability to make the information relevant to each individual. Clarissa is at ease in an IT environment,
proficient in all Microsoft packages and has supported the introduction of new
CMS and establishment of organisational websites and social media.

Mary Martin O'Reilly, Senior Consultant/HR Specialist
Mary has a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resource management. Her qualifications include a Master of Business Studies Degree in Strategic HRM, a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law and a National Diploma in Personnel Management. She has worked extensively in the legal and education sectors where her key achievements have encompassed undertaking a change management project with The Council of the Bar of Ireland, leading in the formulation of strategy to drive major change initiates throughout the Bar Council. This involved implementing a performance management system, developing a staff training and development system, restructuring of the remuneration system whilst monitoring and maintaining stable employee relations.
In education she has
dealt with public sector unions for many years and is an accredited mediator. Along with being an associatie HR lecturer with the National College of Ireland, she has provided HR services to large organisations such as NUIG, UCD and DIT on projects to include the implementation of new HR systems and the design, development and delivery
of support training programmes dealing with all aspects of employee legislation, personal development and team building. She is experienced in job design and
organisational restructuring, drafting terms and conditions of employment,
regrading, remuneration and policy formulation and review.
Patricia Maguire, Senior Consultant
Patricia has over 20 years’ experience working in both the private and public sector and is a graduate in Humanities from Dublin City University. Her areas of expertise includes performance standards monitoring and client satisfaction evaluation. Patricia has extensive experience in the area of social housing and estate management and in particular the provision of sheltered housing for the elderly.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from her background in community development, training, recruitment & staff management, project management and evaluation. Patricia has designed various training courses and delivered them to primary & secondary schools, private companies, Return to Work Training Programmes and community groups with participants ranging in age from young children right the way through to older people.
