Breege Dolan, Lead Consultant

Breege is a highly experienced professional with a career in the social housing and community and charitable sector spanning more than 25 years.   Breege has worked extensively at front line and senior management level in housing associations in Ireland and the UK. Additionally, she has experience in the provision of services to older people as well as domestic violence support services. She has undertaken a variety of projects for organisations in the UK and Ireland. Her areas of expertise include; all aspects of housing and estate management, development, community development, service planning and delivery, project evaluation, interim management, governance and compliance, policy formulation, income generation, recruitment planning and interviewing.   Breege’s vast knowledge and experience of the sector coupled with an emphasis on quality and consistency of standards ensures each client’s project is delivered to a consistently high standard.  She is a graduate of NUI in Social Gerontology and in Training & Continuing Education.  She also graduated from NCI in Strategic Management and Housing Development.  

Tracey Mitchell, Senior Consultant

Tracey Mitchell has worked with the North West Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force. Tracey’s expertise is in contract, budgetary matters and continuous evaluations for Community Development projects. Tracey regularly reviews policy and procedures for quality assurance standards for community projects as well as reviewing and submitting funding applications for community, voluntary and statutory groups. With a degree in Town Planning from Edinburgh University, Tracey took a lead role in regeneration projects both from construction and community development perspectives. As a graduate in Addition Studies, Tracey is a facilitator and trainer for the Drug Education Workers Forum and sits on the Joint Policing Sub Group on behalf of the North-West Drug and Alcohol Forum.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the area of planning and delivery and review of youth based programmes. 

Patricia Maguire, Senior Consultant

Patricia has over 20 years’ experience working in both the private and public sector.  Her areas of expertise includes performance standards monitoring and client satisfaction evaluation. Patricia has extensive experience in the area of social housing and estate management and in particular the provision of sheltered housing for the elderly.

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from her background in community development, training, recruitment & staff management, project management and evaluation. Patricia has designed various training courses and delivered them to primary & secondary schools, private companies, Return to Work Training Programmes and community groups with participants ranging in age from young children right the way through to the elderly.

Patricia is keenly interested in promoting positive growth within the community and is committed to always achieving quality results ensuring client satisfaction and value for money.  

Patricia is a graduate in Humanities from Dublin City University.
